In the Graphic Novels, FiDGiT and the Eggship Crew series will apply Biblical principles to help readers learn from the Book of Daniel's life experiences and his circumstances. Where they learn why it is important to have a faithful relationship with the Lord and use what they learn to build a closer relationship with the Lord. Where most would shy away from using the whole Book of Daniel for teaching, we find it has excellent life examples. The Eggship Crew characters are fictional but their belief in the Lord is real as they interact with each other while relating to characters from the Bible. FiDGiT and his friends are 'Seeking Treasure Not Of This World' and sharing their love of the Lord. Each episode is divided by themes, with spiritual clues and Clue Words from Bible verses with open-ended questions and worksheets at the end of each lesson. The Graphic Novel FiDGiT Quest has been broken down into seven lessons. Each lesson corresponds to the Episode and includes worksheets and questions to check student comprehension of the material that was introduced in the lesson. The questions help students rediscover the material and recall key words from the story as well as discuss open-ended questions that ask students 'What Do You Think This Means?'. The lessons are designed for both individual and group study. As the class completes the lesson, the students will have an opportunity to apply the biblical examples learned from the book of Daniel to their circumstances.
FiDGiT Quest Episode 1, 'Training in Babylon’ is based on the first chapter of the book of Daniel. Using the Bible verses as the narration, the stories are designed to help the reader with today's social living by giving an insight into what is happening in each verse and how God has a plan for all of us. Each page of the Graphic Novel is expressing God's love and portraying the importance of His teachings.
Reading the FiDGiT Quest story gives the reader the ability to see the Bible examples being applied by the characters based on Daniel's experiences. The illustrations help reinforce memory of each verse and help intrigue the reader to want to keep reading to see what is going to happen next. This Graphic Novel is the first of a twelve-episode series based on the book of Daniel.
